Here is another method on how to update the theme safe and easy.

We have created a plugin — Hogash – Product updater — that simply manually replaces the old Kallyas directory located in wp-content/themes, with the new one.

You can download the plugin HERE:

Once this is done,  you will need to:

1. Download the latest version of Kallyas from ThemeForest. Make sure you select Installable WordPress file only – ThemeForest > Downloads section > Kallyas >  Installable WordPress file only  http://take.ms/8Wf3v
2. Download the Kallyas archive on your computer.
3. Go to your WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add new and install the Hogash – Product updater plugin. Once the plugin is activated, you will find it in the Hogash Plugins section — http://take.ms/LgSNA
4. Click on the plugin, go to Choose file and navigate to the location where you downloaded the Kallyas archive from ThemeForest. Select it and click Upload zip file: http://take.ms/QnTfy
5. Depending on your server settings, you will receive a message saying boolean true.  We are still working on the plugin and this message will be made more user-friendly

After completing all the steps, the theme should be updated.

WARNING:
Do not use this plugin if you have custom modifications to the main kallyas directory !!! Doing so will override all your changes if they are not made in a child theme
