Smart areas in Mega Menu
You can create Smart areas and place them into the Mega menu panels eg: http://hogash.d.pr/a6Gk .
To create a Smart area, please follow the instructions in this article https://my.hogash.com/documentation/page-builder-smart-areas/#how-to-create-a-new-smart-area .
After you created a Smart area item, please access WordPress > Appearance > Menus > Main menu and in every 1st level menu item, you can choose to use a Smart Area eg:
